From Monday 6 May 2019, new changes made around 90 day trial periods will come into effect for employers and employees.
Does this affect you?
If the business you want to work for has fewer than 20 employees, then they can still use 90 day trial periods in your contract. However, if the business employs more than 20 employees, then they are not allowed to use a 90 day trial period in your contract.
