What's No Win No Fee?

Mathews Walker understands that in trying financial times it can be hard to pay an hourly rate for employment advice. This is why our advocates work on a no win no fee basis. This means that if we work one hour, or 50, we will not charge you unless we get you a financial settlement. This way, there is no financial risk for you as you explore options to resolve your employment problem.

However, sometimes we have to charge a fee. This is where we assist in work that does not achieve a financial settlement. This can include work like negotiating notice periods and other small tasks. With disciplinary meetings, we charge a fee to compensate the advocate for the time and travel costs to be in attendance.
