Seriously ill? Worried about your job?

There may come a time where you get injured, or seriously ill so much so that it's harder to do your job. You may be too sick to go to work, or to do key functions of your job. This can be a really scary time if your employer is putting a lot of pressure on you to return to work. They can even threaten to remove your job through a process called medical incapacity.

What is medical incapacity? This is where your employer decides that you are medically unable to return to work, so they dismiss you from your position. Now, with medical incapacity, there is a special process that your boss must go through for it to be fair. Often it's not followed and you could be removed from your job unfairly.

What should I do? If you are being put through a medical incapacity process in your workplace, there is a good chance that there will be flaws in your employers process, making it unfair on you.
